| A bus transfer station serving the suburban retail center of the city. The design utilizes a custom tubular stainless steel lamella vault with structural stainless steel standing seam roof panels. Complex joinery and framing conditions were developed by Richter Architects’ computer modeling which was further elaborated to define shop drawing and manufacturing requirements. Materials resist grafitti and vandalism. Indirect lighting provides uniform diffused lighting for security and keeps fixtures readily accessible for re-lamping. |
